2016 HOUSTON TEXANS TRAINING CAMP THREAD

So we are waiting for Hunt, whoever makes it between Heath/Still, Weeden, and then Cliett.

 

I know he had a couple of moments, but he still does nothing for me.

 

Yeah that really did him in.....even worse, it wasn't even his first fumble this preseason.

Chad Slade cut along with Ufomba Kamalu.

I like Chad Slade and think he can make it in the league.

Kamalu is a potential practice squad guy. Too raw.

Most of the cuts so far have been the easy ones.

 

Is today Saturday? Usually since 2002, the cuts are made on Sat.
No cut has surprised me so far.

 

Probably just cutting people early so that they have a better chance of being picked up.

 

Slade is better than Bergstrom.

 

Bergstrom can "play" center.

Very disappointed with Bergstrom so far. Still hoping they cut him and sign John Sullivan.

Wow, they cut Mitchell too. Interesting, might just go with 5 CBs.
