    You guys just need to give him a team and move on, it's been long enough..........

    Either that or I want to change my team, since will end up playing the 2017 season instead.........

    he said he PMed him.. at that time, it was the middle of the night in Australia. Let's at least give him a chance to respond to the PM?

    It wouldn't make sense to give him a team and move on. It might screw everyone after if you give him a team he wouldn't have taken. We don't have "default rankings" to go off or anything of the sort. With the complexity here, imo whenever fade decides it has been "too long", you probably have to skip him until he gets back.

    looks like Flash went to bed given that he was posting/checking in a lot earlier.

    Given that fade isn't picking before you, you could e-mail/PM him a list of 7 teams--if that's feasible. Then he can go down from top to bottom and give you the first one not selected?
