Jermaine was my favorite player on the USMNT.

He was on Twitter last night asking fans if he should go to Europe or MLS.

    Beasley signing is great.

How much of the season is left?

    Enough to make playoff push?

Half the season and yes. They are only 5 points out of a playoff spot, and that is after going winless in the pas 8 games

As long as the qualify for the playoffs, dom will work his magic and anything can happen

According to that article, it's a central midfielder...hence the reason why they gave up Creavalle to Toronto. Canetti says there's a deal on the table so we might hear something soon.

So we know we're looking at a defensive mid who's country didn't make it out of the group stage. That's pretty disappointing if true. Clark is a solid player and moving him up further into the attack does nothing to help us. It's not going to help us score goals and it's not going to make our central defenders any better.

I think they just said central midfielder, not necessarily defensive. And clark can just as well slide back into the CB role imo with beastly staying in the midfield. Whatever they can do to just get the most talent on the field

Canetti mentioned that the guy they are looking at would normally play in the same role as Creavalle who has mainly played as a defensive mid for us.

I'd be happy with Rico moving into the backline. They need to do something to fix it.

Who's going to go hang out at the airport to see who it is?

    I like these guessing games....

So of the teams that didn't make it out of the group stages (Center mid players that had 3 starts)

    Croatia - Modric, Rakitic
    Cameroon - Eyong Enoh
    Spain - Xabi Alonso, Iniesta
    Australia - Mile Jedinak
Ivory Coast - Serey Die, Chieck Tiote, Yaya Toure
Japan - Makoto Hasebe, Keisuke Honda
    Italy - Andrea Pirlo
    England - none
    Ecuador - Christian Noboa
Honduras - none (although Roger Espinoza started 3 as LM an can play CM)
    Bosnia - Muhammed Besic
    Iran - Adnarik Teymourian
    Portugal - Joao Moutinho
    Ghana - Mohammed Rabiu
    Russia - Victor Fayzulin
    S. Korea - Lee Chung-yueng, Han Kook-young

These are the ones that started 3 games for teams out of it...unless it's someone else that maybe played out wide for the national team that plays centrally normally that I missed (did this real quick)

And the reason I threw Espinoza in there is because that to me seems like the guy it would be (previous MLS experience, Honduran fanbase)

I've never been to a Dynamo game before, would it be better to sit high or low in one of the lower level sections?

much like the toyota center, there's not a bad seat in the house, if you are in the upper level you see more of the field at once, in the lower level your closer to the action and can see and hear differently

Not a bad seat in the house. You can see everything really well and can move around freely in the upper deck.

This is refreshing. Unlike the Houston Rockets the Dynamo actually get their signings done.
The GARM has been depressing for the past two months.

Roger Espinoza seems to fit the bill pretty well I think, but we'll see.

Ah, didn't think of that. I've only been able to go to night games.

    I'm voting for Toure.

But, yeah, it's probably Espinoza. He makes the most sense.

Its exciting right now, but the Dynamo have been stingy and stagnant for a while now..
