1. Yung-T vs. jmcballer Yung-T has a much better frontcourt and defense. jmc - much better backcourt. offense probably jmc, but he's basically playing 4 on 5 since Asik has to be spood fed his points, so... still, his 4 offensive guys are very talented. Bench, Jmc, in part because i don't know one of Yung-T's bench guys and in part because Jmc has David West who should be starting for 3-4 teams in this draft. Jmc has a bad perimeter defense, Yung-T doesn't have enough offensive talent in his backcourt to take advantage. Low scoring series, Jmc wins in the end. 2. spooner vs. bigmaloe Frontcourt (including SF) and offense - Spooner (by far), defense - Maloe (by far). Backcourt and bench - even. i'll say Spooner. Great offense vs. very good defense. 3. RedNation vs. sydeffect Backcourt and bench - Sydeffect, frontcourt - Red. Offense - i'll say Red, but both are very good. Defense overall Sydeffect but Melo is defended by Gallinari (or Delfino off the bench), that's a brutal matchup. Then again, will Manu be able to play big minutes? If not, Rednation has Ray Allen defending Wade for big stretches. That will be even more brutal but at least it won't be full time. I'll say Sydeffect in the end, close series. 4. donatas vs. Jamers me of course but my vote doesn't count. 5. oelman vs. lcahmed lcahmed - backcourt and offense. oelman - frontcourt (again, including SF). bench - lcahmed in part because i've no idea who oelman has besides kemba Walker, but lcahmed does have a great bench. defense - oelman, though both teams look fairly average on D. LCAhmed has no shot blockers but he has a better backcourt defense and Tony Allen off the bench. RUDY GAY vs. DURANT Westbrook vs. Durant Dirk vs. best defender wannabee Josh Smith Kevin Martin vs. best shooter wannabee Klay Thompson Durant vs. best Durant defender wannabee Tony Allen (google: youtube for Tony allen defense Durant) So much stuff going on here. In the end Rudy Gay beats Durant because Dirk and Westbrook carry him. LCAhmed.
