how many rounds? 7? i guess 65 mil is ok i vote against free agency round but everyone can veto 1 player at the end and can't trade him. otherwise RedNation will get disqualified in the playoffs and it sucks 20 games seems ok but it has to be 20 before draft starts. i guess we can allow some exceptions up front like Dirk how can you vote for both hard cap and 5 mil cap exceptions? That's soft cap. i'd prefer it simple so I vote hard cap, no 5 mil i vote for 1-16 / 16-1 / 1-16, though i don't care. with 10 people LeBron / Durant / CP3 will be surrounded by 3 all stars anyway
i meant you can veto 1 player and pick up another 1 to get under tax, and then you can't trade that new player.

So no trading cash...? Im sauing it be a hard cap, so if your 1$ over your screwed, but if you were to acquire 3mill from someone in a trade you have 68 and previous player has 62... Although im fine and like strict hard cap with no money transfers or bonuses, becauee people will trade money in the last round to help someone make the cap... Now that i think of it, i vote no to trading cash... Let the best gm win...
