Latebloomer... I could detail it all out but in three end it comes down to VBG mouth being able to stop Lebron...

Pretty close... Yung-t has the better defense, but bluff has the better offense... Difference for me is Yung-t has a better bench and both good offense and defense, where-as bluff seriously lacks D... Vote yu NH-t...

But honestly I'm not complaining... If i loose, than i lose... I've always said this tho, that it irks me when people just cast a vote with no input at all... Atleast explain your thoughts and reasons... I'm talking about for all match ups...

You had me beat in the BC and I had you beat in the FC. 3-2 in my favor is how I saw it, with an overwhelming bench. But to each their own.

    Melo-West-Brook Lopez vs. Deng-Anderson-Chandler

His frontcourt was much better than yours, i don't think there's a decent argument to say otherwise.
    Your backcourt was much better.
    His bench was much better.
You had more defensive talent in the starting lineup, mainly because of the Tyson Chandler vs. Brook Lopez defense. But then his bench defense was way better, so overall defense around comparable. Both teams pretty average defensively.
So in the end it comes down to offense.

His fc id horrible defensively... West is the only average to decent defender... Melo is a hole that is not likely to pass into Lopez to work, nor west... So what's their use? While mine is got two elite defenders and an average spacing 4 to draw their best defender out... Open city for dwill and harden...

If you take players individually, his fc is better... But ass a cohesive unit it doesn't mesh and is not as cohesive ass mine...

    That's my argument...

it's a fair point but it's really a "who's going to stop my backcourt?" question rather than whose frontcourt is better. And my answer would be no one. His team wouldn't stop your backcourt, your team wouldn't stop his frontcourt, all you both could do is slow each other down. He'll put Tony Allen on one of your guards. if it gets bad, he'll put Bledsoe on the other. Brook Lopez or Favors would protect the rim. BTW, Brook isn't a great defender, but he's no empty spot by any means. He's a solid rim protector, and the Nets were an average, Rockets-ish defensive team -- it's when Brook sat on the bench that they fell apart defensively.
And similarly, he has a ton of offensive talent up front.

My big issue in this matchup that decided my vote - although it didn't count - was what's going to happen when Tyson is in foul trouble? because he'd be in foul trouble in a few games, Brook Lopez will attack him, West will get by Anderson and Tyson will need to help, Lillard will get by your guards with ease and Tyson will have to help. And Favors will get into the game and pound Tyson. You have no other legit center in your starting lineup or the bench. So when Tyson needs a rest / in foul trouble, you will have Greg Smith trying to keep up with his very talented frontcourt.
In the end, I thought with Tony Allen/Bledsoe/Brook/Favors, he had more weapons to make life difficult for your backcourt than Deng/Tyson would bother LCAhmed's frontcourt.
