I'm also not gonna pick until we decide how we pick winners. if it is whatif sims, there is a good chance I trade down and take rodman. I don't mind whatif sports for fun but if it is to decide the overall winner, I'm gonna give jordan to someone else, since he sucks in what if
what-if is fun and shouldnt be official... in all honesty the only way we can do it is my voting... just classic voting...
i opened this old thread the other day by fallen i think. and there were these simple categories, 15 or so... overall offense, inside offense, etc... it seemed easy, simple, and not too simple either. and then people can discuss if they want.
that wasnt voting, that was a poll... ive always been against doing a poll... im talkin about voting... were you have to write a detailed explanation for all the categories... look up the original all-time draft for instance...
it has to be simple and extensive in a way... frontcourt backcourt offense defense bench chemistry thats it...
Was a judge for some of these, so I know how it works. I'm okay with that if you guys don't do the stupid point system that ya had in one draft(all kinds of factos and the starting five with one point for each position), that was trash.
Always said the most important thing is envisioning how the teams would actually play and matchup, but that's kinda hard to pull off if not all of the judges are top-notch and completely unbiased.
It's just that everyone assumed it was me and then things got out of hand because that killed the draft. i too was never a fan of the polls.
Think we realized pretty quick it was not you, we trust you brah. Some day we'll get the guy that did it, tie him to the ground and turn on the biggest speakers we can find, playing Les Alexander's laugh and Clyde's best of commentary in an infinite loop.
