    Where is Testaverde at in the depth chart? Will he even make it out of the preseason?

    Buy: The Patriots should have plenty of garbage time this season if they play like they should. Might as well put in a 43-year old QB if you have him.

    Buy or Sell: Rex Grossman is still the starting for the Bears at the end of the season.
