I'd rather have Melo. It doesn't matter 1-3 since basketball is a 4 qt game. I will agree that trading Martin is not necessarily the answer....

Yup you're right. As soon as I saw Hinrich driving to the rim I knew it was over. They should have inbounded the ball to Young.

Perimeter defense is overrated. When you got a guy like Dwight in the paint that already improves your perimeter defense.
In the East the only team with a deep frontline is Boston. They were not beating Boston before this deal was made. I think they got better....
