Because they won't win **** anyway, Poeltl and that 1st is basically no value, they swapped Kawhi with Derozan which is downgrade anyway, not...
Imo bad trade for both teams like some analysts predicted.
This probably helps the logo too, next summer he might sign Kawhi since the Lakers won't be able to offer more money.
Raptors will probably rebuild next season, Lowry and Ibaka will be expiring anyway.
