Each individual player is different. Who was the last good LSU, Oregon and Texas tech qb? All three now have produced elite qbs.

I think ppl were expecting him to be Arod 2.0 and he’s clearly not close to that. He’s good but definitely not a smart move giving this guy 250m.
Its early but you have to admit the only qb out playing him right now is Josh Allen and probably Lamar. Dude is having a helluva year.
