and that's 2 steps after the gather step.. ask the 3 refs on the floor who came to same conclusion you think the 3 refs especially the guy right...
everyone knows how to count.. do you know how to determine when the gather occured exactly the same as the 3 referees on the floor determined it?...

I think watching it on video is confusing especially just 1 angle.. its clearer to refs who are closer to the play - and 3 of them 3 different...
