Personally think Pacific Rim is one of the best of the summer.
Think Vogel is angling for him to do that since she's a complication.

I agree it's just frustrating to see this film underwhelm, really hope it has a strong shelf life and does killer business overseas. Ditto on...
Really don't get it especially since the Transformers movies raked in the cash like it was going out of style....just don't get it.

I agree, it's made that way intentionally, think that's why some people are bothered by the acting and dialogue.
They haven't explained it in full yet, I think it might be some sort of libel suit for running a story that ended up being false.
Star Trek was a big letdown for me, life long Trek fan. Wasn't impressed with the story they put out there and the "clever" reversals struck me...
First episode was ok, lots of set up. The fake story and Occupy Wallstreet seem like they'll be the central points of the season.
Think it's supposed to be a min. security prison, I remember they mentioned being sent to Max security prison if they didn't make it there....

After being letdown by Star Trek and Superman, this was one of the best of the summer.
Loved the first season of glee but have grown to loath it, wife still likes it. Still, this is incredibly sad....
