    Press settings on your remote. Cycle up and down and there should be an option for screen size, check to make sure you dont have it set to stretch.

    Swoly - sadly you'll have to get your HDTV through TWC. The HDTV converter they offer is 10 bucks a month. The tier for ESPN is 10 more a month....
