Tucker is terrible too. Honestly, there are four good hitters on this team.
Sure... but we've lost the majority of the cash in trades.
Can't believe we gave up Phillips + Hader + Santana for this trash.
At least the 4-7 got him to throw 20 pitches that inning. Probably the best we could have hoped for.
Fister has been rock solid as a #5. Take out those 4 ER from the Springer misplay in the lights and his ERA is in the mid-high 3s.
0-8 with RISP....
Gomez man. No bat control at all... pathetic really.
Unbelievable. Gonna be losing this game.
Andddd six LOB in two innings. 0-6 with RISP.
White. To be fair, should have clarified that it is more on Luhnow than Hinch. The roster is flawed.
4-9 today are all high K%, low contact hitters. That is unacceptable and is both on the GM for roster construction and the manager for putting...
Just embarrassing. Put the damn ball in play.
Colby against low off speed = auto K.
Gonna go on a limb and say we score 0.
Harris hasn't pitched since Friday, Neshek threw two pitches.... yet Hinch goes to Fields.
They still earn top 10 TV money (annually) in the league.
This is a good post. elite talent >>> lesser cost-controlled talent.
It's both of their faults. Fields leaves flat fastballs right over the plate and it gets hit well... but Gomez should have taken a better route...
Hinch has done that at least three times this year. Been down one or two runs, goes to Fields, and the game gets totally out of hand. Just...
Fields is so bad. smh Hinch just gave up any chance we had of coming back and winning this game.
