my opinion hasn't really changed much, his ceiling is like a slightly better Matt Schuab... worthy of a first round pick but not top 5.
watched most of this game and wasn't to impressed with Bortles, his reads were pretty slow and he was hardly throwing downfield... that being said...
but could you follow it? I liked it and the acting was superb but like by the end i had literally no idea what was going on... i would give it...
