I don’t know why you deleted your original post but I do agree with you for the most part.
2024 will be an uphill battle for Democrats in Congress especially in the Senate.
It's not happening because it required a constitutional amendment to change SC lifetime appointments to term limited ones.
What's stopping them from doing it now?
