Lin's not trying to get his starting job back. The fact that he's outperforming almost everyone is just a coincidence.
There's way too much ego. First Harden and now Dwight. They need to dial it back or it's gonna be toxic.
It's called trying to make something happen. Bev doesn't take nearly as many risks, and it shows in his lack of playmaking.
It's about consistency. The only people who have it right now are Lin and Harden. As for Parsons, he's regressed from last season. Parsons and Bev...
Pretty much this. If the starters go down 15 points and need Lin to rescue the team again, there won't be anything left to say.
I'm not even concerned about the last play. What happened to Bev during the entire game? Is he following Harden and Howard and only showing up...
I hope so. He basically took last night off.
I don't think you get it. That's what McHale wants. Even if we got another PG, he'd still be told to pass it to Harden.
You know the Knicks are about to tank right?
They're all knee jerk reactions from people who are 1) still pissed from the loss 2) Questioning their faith in McHale 3) Realizing all those...
Harden ISO ball. Making Beverley a starter also did nothing to help ball movement; which partly explains why Parsons and Asik start out cold.
Trading won't solve anything. You'll just be surprised when the team still loses, because the same things will happen. It's about how we play.
Spot on.
Someone tell Dwight to put his big-boy pants on.
I don't think people are concerned about that. Lin interacts with his teammates (obviously). What's being noticed is that players aren't owning up...
J Lin is still being under-used, and it's costing this team.
We'll see what happens tomorrow. This team's choosing to learn it the hard way.
Wouldn't say the same for Dwight's Pride. He's gonna blame someone else though.
Calderon is on his way out. Lin shut him down during the Mavs game.
There's a difference. Coming from Popovich it might make sense. Coming from McHale & co maybe not
