Scott Brooks is a poor coach. It's on him for not telling his team about the rule. It's on him for playing Perkins even though he's awful.

Kendrick Perkins is an awful basketball player. Slow, poor rebounder, poor shot blocker, low basketball IQ.
Good examples of best case scenarios, but it's a pretty low success rate.
