    I heard it was more in the range of 2 - 3 billion rather than 5 billion. Whatever the exact number, it is still quite a bit of money that has been skimmed off.

    No problem because I am also curious on what the approximate amount is.

    Considering the amount of money that his wife is used to spending every month; she is probably going to be reluctant in giving it to the Palestinian people. In regards to a will or some other <i>legal instrument</i> that would go into force after his death, I doubt that he would be charitable after hording money for years & years.
