The Browns have a special defense but to count out Stroud because he hasn't done well against man coverage is absurd. 2 games skew the numbers, Arizona who plays a ton of man coverage. It started with an incredible play by Arizona's CB on the left sideline and then snowballed into a tip drill interception from a sure handed receiver in Woods. Then the game at Met-Death Field, they played hybrid and the Texans didn't have Nico. A more believable statement would be: The Browns can shut the Texans down because they have three awesome corners and the backers/ safeties don't care about the running backs in play action thus never falling for the fake handoff. Nervous but a good nervous.
Parking lot seems to be livelier than usual for the time…hopefully that’s a good sign…it’s the playoffs, we drinking wine today, make it fancy
The Linsanity run by Flacco ends today! If we can pressure him, we got a chance to win. I think Singletary will have a huge game on the ground We have nothing to lose because people didn't expect us to be here. Guys will play loose and SWARM!!
I expect multiple interceptions today, Flacco's "throw it up and pray for a good outcome" schtick simply can't keep working. He's essentially a 39 year old Rex Grossman, it's time to put him down forever.
It's going to be a close game. I'm picking either team to win 24-21. Refs may play a role today. Our boys will make us proud no matter what.
You should have seen last week, I predicted Texans would be up by 6 and the Colts would get stopped inside the 10 with less than 30 seconds to go.
Flacco is going to show his age--getting to that number of snaps for him on the season. Just need to get after him early and often.
Yeah there is no way in hell Flacco goes off again, especially on the road. They definitely will not permit Cooper to kill them. Njoku is probably the bigger concern. There really are no no weapons outside of those 2. I would place all focus there.
Aw, come on. Mills got 2 TD and 149 yards in the 4th quarter last time we played the Browns. Stroud should get over 300 yards and 4 TDs this game if he plays the whole game. Slowik needs to just let him do his thing.
I haven't had this kind of buzz about a Texans game since Baltimore, JJ's rookie year. If Tunsil, Greenard, and Anderson are healthy enough, I think we'll win going away. Can't believe I'm saying it, but...yeah. More than likely though, they're not anywhere close to 100%. So, most likely a nailbiter with CJ putting a notch in his Montana like belt at the end.
