At what age are you old? Since I'm old now, I know some of you are on the brink of turning into dirt. The older you get does what is considered old just keep getting further away?
Old is a state of mind. My father once said, "When yall were born (us his kids) i was like 30 times your age, now I'm not even twice your age."
The 41-50 range, this is when athletic performance drops off a cliff and disease odds start skyrocketing.
Everyone is different but you'll see great looking 50yr olds - cant tell if they're 50 or 40. But HARD to find that, at about 55ish-57ish. That threshold is a tough one to defeat from what I can see.
Watching my parents age: The real change has been at ~70. They aren't unhealthy, but they certainly have had a big shift over the last few years since they turned 70.
Depends upon the day, maybe the weather. I tackle this by removing all mirrors and having all of the photos in the house primarily of myself and wife in our 20s and 30s
