We should call someone. Harden got washed up after his first 3 games. This is unheard of. Maybe he got Space Jamed? I’m concerned he’s just a role player now.
James is playing hurt and out of shape. He's playing with a new coach & cast as well as experimenting with a new offense. (Which hasn't played together) The team is incomplete. To top it off, he may or may not be dealt. Dude hasn't lost anything. Geez...
Why weren't people saying that when he was averaging 40 PPG while playing with a bunch of Uber drivers?
More like dog **** tired from carrying this team in an unbelievably high usage system the last 5 yrs.. I'm, by no means, a Harden fanboy but the truth is the truth...
Gtfoh. The system doesn’t make him get by guys every time. The system doesn’t make those crazy shots for him.
Tillman already quit bro. You have a rookie GM & a rookie HC working for cheap. The Harden Era is over. Tillman pulled the plug without saying so. Harden wants out just like Morey, Westbrook & MDA.
whats the fascination with fat shaming players like harden and zion, but giving players like jokic and luka a pass
The idea that you guys think Silas wants Wall to be Luka is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. Seriously. Y'all HOFs will rationalize your way to Harden being blameless no matter what.
Nah he's just trying to tank his value so we get the least amount of assets back so the team he goes to can compete for a title. Harden knows the later we trade him, the lower his value will be. Once the off-season comes, he'll only be a 1 yr contract (he'll opt out po) and then we're basically forced to trade him or get nothing when he walks. He'll have all the power in the off-season too since he can say "I'll only re-sign with the ____" so teams will have to be cautious in trading for him since he'll likely walk the following season. Let's say Harden says "I'll only re-sign with the Nets" then we'll have to take whatever offer Nets give us or risk Harden walking for nothing. lol and don't even mention the AD trade, the Lakers were desperate to give Lebron a sidekick whereas Nets, 76ers, Celtics all already have 2 all-stars. Lebron basically forced the AD trade and also AD is only 27, compared to Harden who is exiting his prime soon.
I kept hearing about how impressive the opener was that the Rockets almost won despite not having Wall, Cousins, and Gordon. The Rockets were better that night because those guys were out.
Everyone saying we won’t miss harden until he’s gone. But I think it’s actually the other way around. We won’t miss team ball w everyone giving 100% and playing smart and resilient the whole game until we trade harden.
It's a dangerous undertaking to walk the tightrope. Harden could easily waste one year of his prime and indeed get worse than the 2017 MVP version. I wasn't actually thrilled with the Bubble version either and that was with MDA and the old gang. https://www.prosportstransactions.com/basketball/DraftTrades/Future/Rockets.htm (2021 Picks watch)
Don't blame Silas for Harden’s effort on the court. The reality is sometimes James wants to play, sometimes he doesn't. The last few game he's looked like himself in crucial playoff games, uninterested
