Hidden in the E3 concept art: Spoiler Though at first glance this looks like the shoot-out at the episode climax, if you take a closer look it clearly takes place during the Mandalorian's flashback.
a 7 samurai episode. They should have gotten more than just Gina Carano. 7 total (Gina and Mando included) Star Wars-like characters to defend the villagers would have been much better. curious to see the reviews of this episode. If this gets a pass, then there is no looking back, lol.
if this is another bullschitte filler episode like ep2, i might skip the whole season and selectively watch only the good reviewed ones next year. i have spoken.
You prolly would like Tom Cruise to direct an 'episode' harhar. Me luvs some Samurai, defend the village, 'Dances with Wolves' kinda thing. Ewok style.
that deserves to be a 60 minute episode. but tom needs to be in the movie too. still hoping they'll pull a m night shmalamailman on us and reveal mando as tom cruise (long hair version)
Another good episode, they are doing really great character development for Mando and Pedro is doing a terrific job displaying emotions in that armor. Best part: https://tenor.com/view/the-mandalorian-baby-yoda-soup-slurp-gif-15684966
Seems they are releasing the Baby Yoda toys right before Christmas, people will die battling for these in-store mang. Whoever came up with introducing that character should get a 10x salary raise.
I guess baby Yoda is distracting me from the what others are seeing that they don't like. I'm enjoying each episode.
Cara said: "Saw most my action mopping up after Endor." That gives us a timeframe for this show, right? So Yoda is alive at this time. seems odd he wouldn't be able to sense the force of another ... I prefer the idea that there is no time overlap. havent read all the posts, maybe this has been established prior.
Endor is during Return of the Jedi. Yoda dies at the beginning of that movie before the battle on Endor, if i recall. I read somewhere the show takes place after episode 6 but before 7.
