sounds like it's been a solidly Republican district forever. And honestly I don't think it sounds like he's flipping on specific issues--not in the way that someone like Kirsten Gillibrand does/did. sounds like he's fairly consistent in his positions, but again all I know is what I've read in those two articles

What about it? That isn't fraudulent. Sanders sees a conflict of interest and I agree with Sanders. This is in no equivalent of Trump's fraud.
