time to slap that ginger hair MFer out of the gym tonight!

 

The Pistons are 11-25 on the road. As long as we don't sleepwalk for all 4 quarters they should present no issues.

Trap game.

 

Detroit's bigs' have a huge advantage. We need a good shooting game and decent defense around the basket from Anderson. He needs to take some pressure off Tucker and Capela.
Gordon needs to have a big game too. Harden is fantastic, but Paul's absence ( if he is not fit) will be felt.

 

Where the hell is Brandon Wright at? Good game to have him here for.

 

Last revenge game of the season? Griffin about to get abused.

 

No, we have one more home game vs the Wizards. The Rockets owe them an asswhooping after losing by 18 on the road to them earlier this season.

Of course it's possible that game may have no meaning to the Rockets in the standings. So we'll see how motivated they are for payback that night.

 

I hope MDA controls himself. It's more important for Chris to be healthy for the playoffs, than it is to have him in this game, in my opinion. Make him sit. I'd try to keep Harden around 30 minutes, as well. That probably won't happen. One or two of the Pistons will blow up and have career best games, making heaves from everywhere. The Rockets seem to attract games like that. We'll probably struggle until we start to put it away midway through the 4th.

Drummond and Griffin can go on a dunk fest all night long. Go small, and slow their guards and shooters.
Gotta knock our shots down. I'm honestly worried that Harden might get hurt going to the rim. Capela needs to run the P/R to perfection, and convert the lobs that he gets. Anderson, Ariza and Tucker need to have big games. I hope Green will knock down some jumpers too.
If we can keep things close till the middle of the 4th quarter, we can beat Detroit. Go Houston Rockets!

I would expect Detroit to play its best game of the season, for at least a half. Definite trap game.

 

That is like harden going for 50+
