    So, got them today. Tried all the suggestions I found on the net, apart from tearing it apart. Called the support, sending me a box to ship it out. My friend did ask if the power supply was next to my 360, it is, said that might have something to do with it since it heats up. Guess next time i'll just put it further away, maybe that helps. Anyone else experience this?

    Yeah that happened to me once. All I did was unplug the wires and put them back in and it hasn't happened since. And also make sure that your xbox 360is standing up that way it can get the most ventilation.
