I just don't understand it. He continues to miss the technicals. Why do people think he's a better free throw shooter than some of the other Rockets' players??? I bet my money on Mobley and Francis and Ming before i bet on JJ at the line. This guy has not shoot enough free throw to warrant going to the line for the technical...i don't care if he shoot a better percentage at the line because he continues to miss those technical. Tell me what is his percentage for technical??? I would think it's horrible.

hey pal, just about everybody missed freethrow's tonight. Here's a theory for you: Hitting freethrows and other easy shots can help a shooter get going.

I agree...we started off hot from the line though...

I think we missed 3 techs tonight.

Maybe Yao should get a few shots

Any rest he gets EVER is welcome. I'd rather he get a headstart down the otherside of the court or just lay back, than worry about ONE point

as far as FTs go, statistics tells the story better than your short memory. Maybe there should be a statistics for FTs at clutch time. But technical is no different than a regular FT.

I wouldn't have let Cat or SF shot the technicals tonight. Maybe Yao, yeah.

Cat has the best FT% (outside of pike) so I think Cat should shoot it. Then it's Yao then JJ.

Mobley should shoot it EVERY SINGLE time i don't care if it's technicals. If the Rockets are going to be a greedy team and want to win real bad, they better let Mobley shoot every technical that happen in any game, NOT JJ!! He sucks!!

Cat is he best FT shooter on this team and the best FT shooter under pressure.

He should take those technical FTs.
