What's the difference between Atkins and South Beach?

    I know what Atkins is, I've eben on that. But what's South Beach? How is it different, is it more effective, what do you eat?

    Would love to hear of some experiences with this diet.

    What's the difference between Atkins and South Beach?

    South Beach usually comes with a bottle of tan accelerator, hair bleach, and a botox sample.
