I know at least a few of you guys on this site have their own sites what ever it may be. I am beginner at this and think I may have an idea that can get me many hits on my website. Well the question is what advertising/banner company is good to go with for putting ads on my website?
Are they all pay per click or are some pay for visitors to your website?

Obviously I haven't done too much research in this dept. and I wanted to ask you guys first because most of you seem pretty knowledgeable.
