To the tech gurus: need help with digital frame pictures

I got a 7" widescreen digital frame, but the problem is that my pictures are 4:3. As a result, all the pictures are distorted. Does anyone know how I can resize multiple pictures at once so that the widescreen does not distort it? Any idea appreciated.
