This maybe sound stupid but somebody explain this?

    I was at Baybrook Mall today and visiting different stores. I walk into a store called "Freestyles" and they have all these different comedic and sexual stickers. I see a sticker that says this: "It's 4:19, got a minute?" then I see a light which has "4:20" in neon lighting and finally I see another sticker that says this: "Route 69" and "Highway 420". Well I understand the 69 thing and all that but what is this 4:20 thing? I have never heard it before today. It may sound stupid but somebody give me some info, PLEASE! :confused:

    420 is a police call sign for mar1juana. As a result stoners celebrate smoking pot whenever they notice its 4:20.

    Or so I understand :D

    I think we went over this a while back. I didn't know either, but I BELIEVE that 420 is a mar1juana reference representing April 20 although it is rumored to have originally been the police code for when they busted someone smoking it. It may also have to do with the time of 4:20pm on April 20 as a time when all those supporting legalization of mar1juana should light up.

    I dunno but that's what I remember.

    The story I heard is that 4:20 AM is the best time of the day to smoke weed (I don't know why -- better high or something?). And 4/20 is "National Smoke-Out Day" . . .
