    man guys,

I have been thinking tonight about how sweet the old championship days were. I was probably about 14 or 15 then, and they were my heroes. I remember going to my first game, and it was in '93, Rudys first year I believe. It was amazing. The thing that struck me most is how they were going to be unbelieveable the next year. Sure enough, they were. I went to every playoff homegame during the 2 playoff runs. The first one was sweet as candy, but the 2nd one was just plain awesome and nothing compared to how amazing it was. To break out the brooms in the summit that night. To see Shaq go off emptyhanded to the greatest center in the world. To see Clyde and Hakeem embrace eachother for finally winning in combat. That was sweet. This is what I ask of all you devoted fans. Take a moment to reflect on how sweet that was. Bring that energy back. Do this so next season we can go back and be so hungry for another one of those Larry O'brien trophies. Trust me, this team is worth it.

    LATE!!

quite so It was the greatest day for Houston fans when Dream and Glide won in 95. I dont care what people may say about the Lakers 15-1 run in 2001 or the Philly 12-1 run in 83 (or was it 82?) i still in my heart believe the rockets 95 run was the best playoff run ever. No other team had to face the challenges and non-believers the way the rockets did that year and no team faced soo many strong teams and beat them all. Simply amazing I couldnt sleep that night at all when we won the second title. The next day at school I wore my Dream jersey with pride all around because I called the sweep of the Magic before the series started with my English teacher and he had it up on the chalkboard all series long and everyone at the school was saying how lucky houston was to be in the finals and how it was the magic that would sweep them Every just shut the hell up since the Rockets did sweep the Magic. My english teacher let me skip a test and gave me an A for gettign the prediction right. It was quite a joyous day for me and I hope for more days like that in te near future
