    Got this picture from an architect designer friend of a friend whos brothers, sisters boyfriends cousin has been contracted to draw up prelims to what the new buildings might look like in 2005 when they might be completely built.

    They will be facing due Middle East running the latitude that connects to the Taliban main satellite television reception.
