    ... and as its main focus is to remove pre-existing conditions protections, this latest effort by Trump and republicans is a non-starter.

    Yeah for everybody but them and their aides, who would never be forced to abide by what their state decides and would always be allowed to keep their Obamacare. lol. This truly proves that republicans are insane.
