The British actor appeared in dozens of films, his first being Billy Budd, in 1962. He was nominated for an Academy Award for his performance. Gone, but not forgotten. He was 87.

I really, really liked The Limey. One of my guilty pleasures.

He was kind of a pretty boy heartthrob type when he was young. I like old Terrence Stamp in movies more than young Terrence Stamp.

    RIP.

Totally forgot about that the movie managed to squeeze in the late 70's early 80's redneck honkeytonk brawl trope with the hillbilly sheriff and his nincompoop son.

    RIP, ZOD.

I guess it was around longer than I thought. Pretty much the whole plot of the Dukes of Hazzard.

For someone who said he is admittedly "vain", and got into bougie Hollywood new age Eastern philosophy, credit to him that he didn't do the typical plastic surgeries, get the hair treatments & all that. Kept the frizzy baldness, kept his life clean & work interesting. RIP
