    The work ethic, the attention to detail, the honesty in the game, the grit --- strong mentality comes from the coach, comes from the demand put on the player in every game, in every practice. We don't have that right now. We are a bunch of cry babies complaining about every call or non-call, easily faltered under the pressure.
