    Looks very nice.

    So Spider-Man 2 mirrored Superman II with Peter Parker/Clark Kent giving up their powers(temporarily) to live as a normal person before accepting their responsibility as a hero.

    And now Spider-Man 3 looks like it's taking a queue from one of the only interesting plot points of Superman III. Spider-Man/Superman battling their evil alter ego.

    I guess this means Spider-Man 4 will see Peter Parker join the anti-nuke crowd and battle a baddie with long fingernails.;)

    No no no. Spider-Man 2 did not rip off Superman II, it was lifted directly from stories in Spidey's comics that were written more than a decade before Superman hit the silver screen.

    The closest thing to a Superman swipe would be Venom, Spider-Man's Bizarro, and the similarities end on the visual level.
