Secret FMV from Kingdom Hearts 2: FM, Possible Teaser for KH3?

This is from KH2: Final Mix. A shorter version was in the regular KH2 released a while back IIRC. It kind of contains spoilers (makes more sense if you played KH2, that's for sure), so make note of that:

If you recall, the secret FMV in the original Kingdom Hearts was directly apart of the sequel, so this might be as well.

Or maybe not. One of the "knights" in that trailer is a secret boss in KH2:FM, so it may just be associated with that. I don't even think they've officially started KH3 anyway, so who knows. It is nice to speculate though.
