I hope this is the right forum... I am entering my fourth season as an NBA League Pass subscriber via the DIRECTV satellite. In the past, the subscription has renewed and installment billing(s) automatically appeared on my monthly bill. For whatever reasons (a computer glitch?), League Pass did not appear on my current/recent statement and it was necessary for me to call their customer service line. OK, a word to the wise is sufficient...
I had the same problem. I called them yesterday and they happily gave me the renewal price, as they should have.
RP - Coincidentally, we're both in Austin. It appears that getting the renewal price is no problem ($149 in my case). I was hoping to alert anyone who may have waited until the opening regular season game before this was noticed. My recollection was that D-TV selects random preseason games to be broadcast. When I searched on the menu screen, there were no games displayed. Didn't want to make a big deal out of this, but if only one Rockets fan is saved the agony, then it was worth it!
I got my League Pass renewed at $143 (Cox Digital Cable of Southern Arizona), not a bad price. Are all the pre-season games available, has it started already?
My recollection is that the preseason games are shown sporadically on an almost random basis. Well anyway, I couldn't figure out how they choose what they were broadcasting.
This must be an Austin-wide problem as I had the same issue. Last month they even turned off my NBA TV till I called and alerted them to their problem. They gave me the total sports package free for six months as compensation for my inconvenience.
Speaking of League Pass, does anyone have any idea of when the LP schedule is going to be released. I'm going nuts! I MUST WATCH BASKETBALL!!!
