Have you ever used or had a friend use the phrase,

    "You can say that again."

When I think about it, I am pretty sure that I've only heard it on TV.

I've heard it said before, not much though. How about this one, not really a phrase, just something I hear often" "Hey Partner, how's a going?" ;)

Speaking of Cowboy jargon, how bout this one:

    "Giddyup"

As in actually trying to get a horse to move, not the Kramer version. Do "real" cowboys actually say that, or just dorks like Billy Crystal visiting a Dude Ranch.

How bout cops n robbers jargon?

    "Stick 'em up."

    or the accompanying

    "This is a stick up."

What dork would really say that, other than the dork girlfriend in the restaurant robbery in Pulp Fiction??

actually, i have a couple of friends that do use the phrase "giddyup" in reference to the way a person walks. for example, if a person has a pronounced gait, we might say they have "a little hitch in their giddyup!"

oh...and how about an old phrase i've never heard used in real life:

gimme five on the backhand side!

I've noticed that a popular sayin these days seems to be...
    "I hear ya"

when I hear that said, I wonder if maybe thats the equivalant to sayin "yes dear" when the wife/g-f is babbling about something while you're watching the Rox games and you aren't really listening...

here's one i only hear on tv (esp. BH90210, i don't know why, but they used this line in almost every episode, i think it was a prereq for script writing or something), never in real life...

Person A says something to the jist of "I'm not hungry"

Person B retorts with <b>"Ya gotta eat." </b>

oh yeah, says who? skipping one meal ain't gonna kill ya, geez!

    "Use the Force"

Wait, geeks say that all the time...wait....I'm a geek....

    Maybe, "Use the Shwartz"

    "Get down, its gonna blow!"

    Of course, the immortal words:

    "Suck me, beautiful"

How about..."get out of the rain or you'll catch a cold"...or something else like that. People say that all the time in movies, usually it has a guy standing in the rain or something in front of the girl's house...or stopping by the elderly farm couples house while its raining and he's on a dangerous quest...

I don't know of anybody that's caught a bad cold from getting a little wet in the rain...unless its like 45 degrees outside...but even then its not likely...
