[Photoshop Help] Need cover art for iTunes/youtube single release

I will be releasing a Jeremy Lin song on iTunes and youtube next week, but they require some cover art. I have no clue how to use photoshop, but thought somebody on here can help do some quick work. I will give credit wherever I can, especially in the description sections.

100% of profits from this song will be for charity [unless if I make millions haha]. However, if it takes a little time to do this photoshop, I'm willing to pay whatever the standard rate is. Please send completed photoshop images or contact me at "superguomusic@gmail.com"....or even post it on here. I would really appreciate it if somebody did this.

Here are the requirements btw.

For iTunes:

NON-COPYRIGHTED IMAGE***
1000x1000
JPG
72-300 dpi
less than 10mb
includes "Super Guo - The Jeremy Lin Song" somewhere on the picture; please make it big enough to read even at the iTunes store on an iPhone


For youtube:

1280x720
Everything else is the same
