    Did anyone else see Hakeems comments about playing with Antonion Davis?

    "It's wonderful to play with a legitimate power forward. That frontcourt is respected around the league. "

    I'm not sure he meant anything by it, but it does make me wonder what our guys would think if they saw it.

    no disrespect meant, BUUUUUT, this the same delusional legend who believed he could still be a focal point last year.

    his beliefs - in both cases - are rooted in some truth, but he is not 100% correct. with the addition of griffin, we would have had a very respectable front court (had olajuwon stayed). griff on d, mo on o. hakeem as the anchor. it would have been beautiful. oh well, sh*t happens.

    Did he mean currently playing with a legitimate PF? If so then I do agree with him. Mo is a soft PF or a big SF. Griff is so young we don't know what he will eventually be SF/PF.
    If he's saying ever, I think CB4 was a pretty good PF to play beside.

    Pretty good? :eek: Man, Charles WAS the best ever PF IMHO. Karl Malone was nothing like Charles in both their primes. And Charles being compaired to Antonio Davis would be a joke! If Hakeem means ever he obviously said it just to make Antonio feel good. Total disrespect if it that way! :mad:
