Odd Fact about the Houston Rockets

    This will be 1st decade where the Rockets have been in Houston, in which the team has failed to reach any type of conference Finals. Since 71-72 season:


    70s: Once in 76-77 Eastern Conference Finals

    80s: Twice, 80-81 and 85-86, won conference Final and lost both Finals.

    90s: Three, 93-94, 94-95, and 96-97, the Rockets won the NBA Championship, twice with a heart-breaking Western Conference Game 6 loss to the Jazz.

    Well, let's just hope Aaron Brooks turns into a 50PPG 25APG type of player and leads us to the finals. :p
