Looking for a place to rent for a year or so. Any of these areas...1500-2500 for 1-2 bed / 1-2 bath.

    77006 - Midtown
    77098 - Montrose
    77046 - Upper Kirby
    77027 - Galleria Inside Loop
    77401 - Bellaire
    77005 - West U

    Any suggestions? thanks!

There are so many now. I would suggest visiting and finding out what you like

That said, Memorial by Windsor (near Eleanor Tinsley Park) and 2125 Yale (in the Heights) are nice.

Midtown is a fun place and I have a few friends that live down in that area that love it.

Tons of apartments sprouting all over on Dallas/Gray east and west of Montrose a few blocks. They're all ~$2000/mo (give or take a couple hundred) for 2 bedrooms. Zip code for many (most?) is 77019.

Just curious... How did you come up with a range of 1,500 to 2,500 a month? That is a gigantic range.
