    I think the people at DragonCon are hoping this one isn't an official record according to Guinness because I don't think they're going to be able to get 13,000+ at once. I thought I read somewhere the Mexican one won't be considered "official" and that DragonCon still has a chance.

    The total number should exceed 13 thousand. But many of them were audience rather than dancers.
