Do Angie's list. I got some cuckoo pink wannabe pimp focus driving buffoon to inspect my house. Recommendation by a friend.

All he did was just compliment the house and walk around his shiny shoes.

I've used this guy, David Rogers. Very happy with him, he found a lot of defects that the Seller fixed prior to closing.
