    1. GSW with Steph
    2. Houston
    3. Sixers (So much youth and versatility)
    3. Boston with Kyrie, Hayward
    5. Pelicans

    6. Toronto Raptors (They sputter in the Playoffs)
    7. Utah Jazz
    8. Indiana Pacers
    9. Cavs with Lebron
    10.OKC

Now we await where the King lands this summer.

All can change - Hit the Re-shuffle button!

Obviously the best teams are still in the West with the Sixers rising fast!

Pelicans are a surprise here but they have shown, they can play very well when it counts, not enough depth though.

How do they do with Cousins coming back?

Too soon, cannot crown the Sixers yet, we haven't seen Boston at full strength, need to see more of the Pelicans with or without Boogie, Jazz are above Raptors right now and so are the Pacers. Even the Thunder perhaps.

Honestly, if Stevens can make Kyrie and Gordon play Boston's brand of defense, they could be the best team in the league. The rise of Brown / Tatum / Rozier is staggering. If they had a Ryan Anderson-type stretch 4, they'd be very hard to stop.

I know we just beat them but I’d put minny at around #5 or #6

I really don't see them making the leap when their best offensive weapon is a liability on defense, their best overall player is about to turn 30, and their current highest paid player is never going to be an all star level player

And you wont see Dallas or San Antonio make that list for a very very long time.
