    It's been said they have always been mutated wild dogs (kinda like stranger dingos) with an affinity for blood as nourishment...

    naturally mutated?

    i think there is a possibility that someone is messing around with chemicals and dogs and this is a result of a bad science experiment gone wrong.

    I live about 25 minutes away from Cuero, I heard about this in July. Here is a good picture from the local paper. To me it looks like a burned dog.
