The Rocket's defense is not bad (could be better) but it's keeping them in games. The Rocket's offense is not bad, either, until the other team makes adjustments. They seem to do well initially but when the other team discovers their game plan (and why it takes them a quarter to do so when they've got tape) and make their adjustments, the Rockets can't seem to adjust to the adjustments. Just my take.
